- DKP liquid fertilizers is a high analysis, high purity form of potassium and phosphorus – Dibasic Potassium Phosphate. It is 43% K and 33% P on a weight/volume basis. It contains virtually no sodium and no chloride. DKP is a central product for new liquid fertilizing of cereal crops.
As a liquid fertilizer delivered to the seedbed at seeding, DKP supplies potassium for rapid and uniform seedling emergence and root establishment, as well as phosphate for healthy growth. It also raises the pH of the seedbed. Applied at 10 L/ha, it provides 3 units of P and 7.5 units of K in highly available forms in immediate proximity to the seed.
As a post-emergent foliar spray, it can be applied at 2-3 L/ha per application. Uptake efficiency (according to CSIRO and SARDI research) is in the order of 90-95% within 24 hours.
As a foliar spray, DKP also acts as a preventative fungicide against foliar pathogens.
The dipotassium phosphate is an effecve base ferlizer and a source of phosphorus and potassium, helping
plants develop healthy, green stems and strong developed flowers.
Use once a week as part of normal watering process. Standard: Dilute 20/40 ml per 1000 ml water
